TYPES OF INVOICING

  • Time and material invoicing
Billing that will invoice a client for a project based on the time that a resource has worked on a project and the logged expenses over an invoice period. The rate that is billed is based on the rate defined in the system for the project, resource and/or task.
  • Templated invoicing
Billing that generates for a client for a project based on an invoice template that is created in the system. The invoice that is generated exactly as the invoice template that is setup and the invoice date is set as the date the invoice is generated.
  • Retainer invoicing
Billing that is generated using a billing template, but defines a retainer by invoice line item. The retainer can be further configured to be associated to a project task or an entitlement.
  • Billing event invoicing
Billing events generate an invoice based on a specific event occurring in the system, including: date based billing, task completion billing and/or project closure. The system allows a user the ability to setup any combination of events related to a project.
  • Manual invoicing
Users have the ability to manually generate an invoice from a project for a range of dates, expenses only, a billing event or even a blank invoice. Add or remove the lightning action on your project layouts if users should have the ability to manually generate invoices.
