Arrow PSA is installed with a number of metrics that are rolled up and summed on projects. But, the system can be extended further based on your business process to include additional rollups and metrics across the system. In order to add these additional calculations the Declarative Lookup Rollup Summaries remote site setting must be enabled.
Enable the Declarative Rollup Summaries remote site
- Switch from Lightning Experience to Salesforce Classic.
- From the App Picker select Declarative Lookup Rollup Summaries.
- On the Welcome page of the Declarative Lookup Rollup Summaries page click Create Remote Site Setting.
- After the remote site has been created the error message on the page will disappear. Navigate back to Lightning Experience by clicking Switch to Lightning Experience and select the Arrow PSA app.
