Resources that are defined in the system are utilized to assign specific project tasks and are leveraged for reporting and forecasting. So, the resources that will leverage other areas of Arrow (i.e. forecast manager, resource manager, time entry, etc.) need to be setup in the system and are assigned to an internal Salesforce user that has an Arrow license.
CREATING AN INTERNAL RESOURCE
- Navigate to the Resources tab.
- Click New to create a new internal resource.
- At a minimum enter the Resource’s Name, check the Active checkbox and select the individual user in the system for the resource if the resource will be allocated an Arrow licenses.
- Click Save or Save & New if you will add additional resources.
