Features

Yes.  Arrow is built natively on the Salesforce platform, so any customizations can be added to Arrow objects, just as you would for any Salesforce object. Arrow also offers extendable Apex classes to build on existing Arrow functionality, or even to create from scratch.

Arrow PSA is designed to provide real-time visibility into all aspects of your business. Performance, Profitablity, Utilization, and Schedule are all reportable from the micro to the macro level.

Yes. There are several options for creating and applying templates for Projects. It is possible to apply a template manually to an existing Project using our Apply Template Lightning component. It is also possible to automate the process of project creation by using our invocable Apex methods for creating and applying Projects from flows.

Arrow PSA’s enterprise grade billing engine can handle all the ways you contract with and bill your customers.

Yes. The Project Planner supports any custom fields that your business requires be added to the Project Task object. All Salesforce field types are supported, including lookups, date-time, checkboxes, as well as some custom Arrow developed types.

Arrow PSA ships with a basic Project Report that can be exported to PDF and shared with stakeholders. For more complex scenarios we recommend leveraging Salesforce Communities.

Profitability is maintained at the project level and can be viewed by Resource, Manager, Account.

Yes. Expenses are tracked against the Project, with the ability to add attachments and other custom fields that fit business needs. Any Expenses can also be included on Invoices separately or with other Invoice Line Items.

Out of the box, Arrow provides essential controls for Time Entry, Expenses, and Invoices including security, approval and review. Being 100% native to the Salesforce platform, just about any scenario can be accomodated leveraging Salesforce security, approval and validation features.

All Arrow custom objects are accesible through the Salesforce mobile app. Most Arrow components, such as Quick Time Entry, are built to be used both on desktop and mobile.

The Project Planner is designed to be used on a desktop, but it is accessible in read-only mode through a tablet browser.

Yes. The Quick Time Entry component is fully mobile compatible and can be accessed through either a quick action button, or as its own utility item.

Implementation

$40.00 / per user/ month

Arrow was designed to be ready out of the box for basic PSA use cases. We have customers start using it the day they install! More comprehenisve implementations can take 4-6 weeks, depending on customization needs.

Arrow PSA support is available for all customers that want to self-implement the application.  However, for those customers that wish to have assistance to implement Arrow PSA, receive additional training, or add special customizations, there is a team of partners available to assist.  Your Account Manager will help you identify a partner and work with you to ensure that you are setup successfully.

Licensing

All Arrow PSA users will require a Salesforce license. Arrow PSA is compatible with most Salesforce license types; however, the Enterprise Edition is recommended to take advantage of all of the features.

You will not need to purchase Arrow PSA licenses for every user in your Salesforce org.  You will only need to purchase Arrow PSA licenses for the users that will use the features or functionality that are a part of Arrow PSA.

Salesforce has an open API which means that you can integrate to any system that either integrates with Salesforce or has an open API.
